Everstake operates a non-custodial Cardano stake pool that ADA holders delegate to directly from their own wallet; the ADA never leaves the delegator's wallet, and Everstake never holds the keys.

ADA is Cardano's native token, the current staking APR is 1.68%. The Everstake pool charges a 4% margin on staking rewards.
The minimum is 2 ADA plus transaction fees, with 4 ADA recommended.
There is no lock-up: delegated ADA can be spent or redelegated at any time, with no unbonding period and no slashing on Cardano.
Rewards are paid once per epoch. A Cardano epoch lasts 5 days, and the first reward arrives roughly 20 days after delegating, because the pool needs two epochs before it can produce blocks for the new stake and two more before it pays out.
Everstake also runs a registered Cardano DRep, so the same operator can carry an ADA holder's governance vote.
